• Interested in RegTech solutions and the basics thereof
• Active in following up and understanding relevant regulations like
  • eIDAS, smart eID Germanyor
  • PCI-DSS, PSD2, CPoC from the financial sector or
  • European eHealth regulations
• Working with the architecture and technical team to build secure solutions facilitating compliance with the aforementioned regulations
• Monitoring of important market trends and intensive exchange between the individual sales and technical teams
• Active participation in our account growth strategy and customer support
• Support of acquisition of technical projects in the field of secure mobile apps and security as a service
• Implementation of product presentations, product roadmap updates and training at the customer’s site and assumption of the expert role as contact person for product questions
• Building relationships with key business decision makers of potential and existing customers
• Support of projects in the initialization phase in order to reach milestones in good time and, if necessary, to identify problems
• Analysis, reporting and documentation tasks
• International travel

There is no set route to become part Build38. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

• Completed technical studies (i.e., computer science) or comparable qualification
• Knowledgeable in regulatory affairs and standardisation efforts, e.g. identity standards like eIDAS and upcoming eIDAS 2.0, smart eID Germany, CPoC, PSD2, eHealth and others
• Professional experience in consulting sales of solutions in the areas of software, security, and managed services
• Experience in product development, processes, and tools
• Technical know-how and passion for the development and security requirements of mobile apps
• Entrepreneurial personality
• A strong and fast comprehension for a good understanding of the customer
• Planning and organisational skills, strong social competence, and an eye for the essentials
• The ability to read between the lines what our customers need and reproduce it professionally
• The enthusiasm to achieve defined corporate goals
• Confident and balanced appearance in demanding customer appointments
• Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel and work with different cultures
